My practice-based PhD research culminated in my installation Disruptive Desires in the Crypt of St Mark’s Church Kennington, London in December 2012.

  • Hunting lodges

The series includes photographs of different yet related facilities, spaces, surroundings and an abattoir.

  • Hunting towers

The series focuses on physical structures referred to as hunting towers, raised and utilised by hunters and hunting teams.

  • Luffare narratives

The installation Luffare Narratives was based on a made-up childhood game that my friend Tom and I used to play when we were growing up in Sweden.

  • Non-human Narratives

    Non-human photographs + non-human sound.

  • Ça-n’a-pas-été

The series investigates the construct of the family or personal photo album and the series forms an early response to research into the subject.

  • Majorna

The series Majorna was photographed on medium-format colour film on location in the city of Göteborg, Sweden.

  • Burning

The video (78 mins) was made in 2007, and depicts the actual burning of a wooden structure, from ignition through to full blaze, down to the last flickers of light.

  • Mors fabulae lactum

Mors fabulae lactum is series of collages that explore the representation – and its construct – of family relationships.

  • Deja Perdu

Déjà Perdu took place in 2009, and was installed in a dimly lit, roughly square room with domestic features – carpet, a mantelpiece, built-in bookshelves and a bay window.

  • Disconnection Portrait

This sculptural installation (2001) focused on feelings of pressure, fear and failure in states of isolation, separation and estrangement; an existential disconnection.
